On the Note 9, Is Youtube the only app that can fill the screen with videos?

Currently, Youtube is the only app that has a zoom to fill option for videos. While watching videos on other apps like Facebook or the browser (I use Chrome, but have tried the Samsung browser as well) that option doesn't exist. Is that something that can be adjusted somewhere, or are we just stuck with that?
