One drive not syncing properly?

I just changed over to One Drive on my Samsung Galaxy S21, but only a small handful of old photos are showing up in the main photos area, not everything. I have the 'all folders' filter switch on also. It says everything has been synced but only these few old photos are showing. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you go into Onedrive->Settings->Gallery Sync->Albums to Sync->toggle on the folders that you want to sync.

I use OneDrive which had been syncing flawlessly until the mandatory switch which Samsung forced upon us because Samsung Gallery Sync will cease this year.
That's fine and I'm happy to continue with OneDrive, however the switch has caused gallery to stop syncing, meaning that it has to be reenabled manually through settings>accounts and backup>manage accounts>OneDrive>sync account>media storage button.
I have also checked permissions and other settings for OneDrive and Gallery, but this media storage setting insists on resetting itself, regardless of activity.
I've sent a bug report to Samsung and am waiting to see if they reply.

Thanks for submitting the bug report to Samsung. Definitely keep us posted as I'm experiencing this same issue (As are some others on Reddit). The OneDrive integration in Gallery worked perfectly until ~Feb of this year and I'm not sure what update caused this issue to appear.
