yes. exactly. I love this phone too much to have it break, that said, $29 to get it fixed makes it a bit easier to live with. wouldn't mind a belt clip though for the yard while I'm on the mower so I'm checking out the Encased Rebel. that way I have my phone for quick shots and it's handy.

I dropped my Note10+ by accident with this case on from 2.5 feet high face down on a tile floor. No damage! Yay! Scared me through. Darn purse strap that got in the way.

I have the same case for my Note9 and dropped that 6 times over the last 10 months with no damage either.

you were right. one flicker chick here. I got the Samsung Rugged. hope I like it. it'll only be for taking pics outside, etc., and when I'm out and about. hope it's easy to put on and take off.

Now that I know you're a woman, I'm going to leave my "easy to put on and take off" remark out. I have the Samsung Rugged (silver) and it is not hard to put on and take off. It does't add a lot of bulk either. The sides are rubber and have ridges that allow for a better grip. I haven't tested it yet though (meaning I haven't dropped my phone). The cool part is that it has two kick stands; one for portrait viewing and one for landscape viewing.


I also have a LifeProof case for camping. It does add considerable bulk though,
