One of my google account vanish. How to fix it?

[Android Central Question]

Last friday when I want to use one of my app it does infinite loading.
I tried an other one and it crashes.

First I reboot my phone but it changes nothing.

I saw in my notification than my datas are not saved and that i should add an account.
When i go to my accounts (settings / accounts) I see that my google account has diapered.

I try to add it (add account/google)
- google check information
- I put email , password
- google confidentiality pop up, I accept
- it load infos of my account
- I accept to save infos on drive
- it returns to accouts
- but nothing has change account is still not here and apps still not works
Same is when i try to add the account from play store

I inventory app working and
- all apps installed from play store are not working (crash or infinite loading) (ei firefox or some game)
- all original apps (already on my phone when I get it) works (ei google or Maps)

I try reboot in safe mode but my account is still not here

I thought It may be a problem with my account so I connect from browser to my account and it works. I'm able to access to my account normally.

Surprise I see that my phone is currently connected.

I do the same steps in my phone and same result.

But my account still not have come back.

I try clear cash from google apps and reboot but still not.

When I investigate updates only play store has update since yesterday.

I try to add an other account add it works :
- I able to add it, install and use new apps.
- but old apps still not works ( I should reinstall each to make them work)

I retry to add my first account but problem persist.

How can I fix the problem and add again my first account ?

It seams that
- my account is still in my phone ( I can see I connected from the web)
- but it is invisible and apps or settings can't access or see it
- all apps that require connection to this account (also online apps) no work
- because it is already here I can't add the account


ps : time changes nothing we are now monday and problem is the same

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? When you go to the system settings and select Accounts, is the Google account you're talking about listed there?

No I can't add this account it does nothing. But I can add an other one.

My hypothesis are:
- There are remains of previous one that prevent me from adding it
- Datas of the account are corrupted ( apps can't recognize the account and i find it in Settings /Accounts)


Is there a way to clean the account in the files of the phone ?

you can see in attachment a capture from my account management.
I shows that when i try to re add the account, phone succeed to connect to it add problem comes after (maybe when it try to add it or sync)

Do you have another device that you can try to add this account to? This could tell us if the problem is with the account or with the device.

I have tried to had it to an other phone and it works. But still not on my phone.

Can we solve it without total reset of the phone ?

At this point, you may just have to do a factory reset.:-\
