One Plus 3 "Always On Voice?"

I need a phone with as much hands free capability as possible, does the One Plus 3 have always on voice. Was holding out for the new Moto-X/Z but that not shipping until fall.

Can't find that setting anywhere so I guess it doesn't have one.

Thanks for looking, website not real informative and manual not posted yet. I did find previous vers had it, but nothing about on plus 3 that I can find.

There's always Google Now. You can set voice up through there. I use it on my S7 edge all the time. It won't wake up the phone like the Moto, but will work from the lock screen if it's turned on.

Google Now seems to be getting there, hopefully the new Google Access App will add wake up from the lock screen.
