One Plus 3 Sound issue

My One Plus 3 has suddenly started malfunctioning in the volume area. The sound all of a sudden gets very faint and low. Especially the alarms and the ringtone. whenever I set an alarm or get a call the volume of the ringtone or the alarm tone let's very very low that I can barely hear it. Even though the volume bar shows 100% I'm barely able to hear anything. This isn't the case with just the ringtone but also in the call. I'm not able to hear the other person call. Please give me a solution to this. problem cause this is seriously messing with my everyday works... Would the Android Pie release for this fix it? When would I receive it?
