One Plus sound issue?

Hi all,
I just got the One Plus a couple of days ago and love it. I've moved from the HTC M8 so noticed the speaker difference immediately.
I've also noticed that the OPO makes a clicking sound (almost a static sound) every now and then. It's very quiet but very irritating.
Has anybody else noticed this?
I've had phones before that did this. Both were HTC's, one was a software issue but when my One M8 did it I was told it was hardware and it got replaced.
Any ideas?

No. It's about three seconds after that. Almost like the speaker is switching off!

I'm almost certain now it's the speakers switching off. After each sound if I put my ear to the speaker I can hear a static followed buy a click before silence.
Just wondering if others do this or just mine?

you could try to do a factory reset? updated (38r)?

Yup. It's updated straight out of the box to 38r. I will try a reset tomorrow and see how it goes.
