one port of dual fast car charger (samsung brand) not working??

Seems one port (top) of my Samsung brand Dual Fast Charge Port Charger for Car now not working. Anyone else experience? Remedy?

No fix, it has to be replaced. (The repair cost would exceed the purchase price.)

I have had the Anker 24W Dual USB Car Charger for almost a year and it works great. And it is a lot cheaper on Amazon than the Samsung one.

I figure I'll complain and see if they are customer-service-flexible enough to provide a replace.

bbgpsuser, the 24 watt Anker car charger you mentioned did not fast charge my Note 8. Out of good faith, Anker sent me their 3.0 dual fast car charger and it's spot on. Here's the link on Amazon...
