One UI 2.1 on one Note 9, but not the other?

Hi I got a question I have a note 9 unlocked with telus my wife also has a note 9 unlocked with telus
My phone got updated to one ui 2.1 but my wife's phone has not its been a couple days and still nothing for my wife does anyone no Why?

Hi, they are staggered roll out so should see soon on the other phone .

You can try the fast forward the date trick and check the software button but doesn't work all the time, worth a shot .

I've never seen that on One UI 2.1. you may want to contact your carrier. Or Samsung.

Try downloading Samsung nice catch and toast notifications see where it's coming from

It's coming from the server. It's trying to authorize the firmware that i downloaded through Odin. My 2.1 firmware is N960USQU4ETF3.

You tried clearing cache in recovery?

Just tried it, but didn't work. It's reporting the firmware to the server, but the server is not authorizing it.

Try going to apps then system apps and find software update , clear its data ,cache and force stop should be 2 and system UI do same
