Got it last night in New York for my Galaxy Watch 6.

I had my app set to auto download. Checked today and it found the update and is now downloading. Not sure why it didn't do it automatically.
I'm in Canada.

I got mine faster by turning off auto download. It keep saying "Up to Date", when I unchecked that box and rebooted, there it was...the update.
