One UI Home keeps stopping

[Android Central Question]

Screen is black after switching on with 'One UI Home keeps stopping' message continually flashing. Clicking on 'Close App' has not effect. Unable to get to settings.

Hi there and Welcome to the forums. Which Samsung are you using? I would try and start the phone in safe mode to see if this is being caused by a third party app.

The process for turning on Safe mode is as follows:

Press and hold the Power button.

Tap and hold Power off.

When the Reboot to safe modeprompt appears, tap again or tap OK.

Your device will then restart and it will say “Safe mode” in the bottom-left corner.
