I got the new version of the Innocase II last saturday (never had the old one, was just lucky that they send me the new one) and while the fit was perfect when it was new, after having it for a week it has loosend up some. It's not creaking or making any funny noises or anything like that, but when you to pick up the phone and handle it a little bit, you will feel some loseness, it's just not as rock solid as it used to be.

I think part to blame is the locking mechanism, there just has to be some give in there, it's the nature of the beast. I am still happy with the case, but I am thinking about getting out the ole' electrical tape to do some tightening up.

That being said, I still think it's one of the best cases out there. I am on the notification list from Otterbox, because I am still curious what they will come up with.

The revised case is definitely better. I have mine in burgundy and I love it, though it may need an additional piece of lining in the upper half. Much than my previous 3 innocases for the evo. If you like this case, the innocase active will blow your mind. Probably the best evo 4g case available.

The active one just seems a bit overkill to me. The only reason I have a case is because I don't want the camera to get scratched from setting the phone on any type of surface. If it wasn't for that, I wouldn't have a case at all.

How do you determine the 'revised' case from the previous ones? I just got one off of Amazon and I am wondering if its updated or not. It seems to fit fine though.

Feels no different in size with my innocase surface. Seidio even has the active on their site now and they look awesome.

My revised version of the Black Innocase II, which I got directly from Seidio, has been great so far for the last 4 days. I have put it through the ringer. It is still not loose at all. Even in the middle or picking it up, nothing, still tight as when I got it. As for the middle of the phone where the case clips together, I had heard from the OP, that I think he said it wasn't flush or didn't seem like it was sitting right. Mine is perfectly flush, no bumps at all. To me it sounds like each person's case seems to have little differences, even with the new revised cases. Some will be better than others. I guess the mold doesn't always come out perfect. For me, I might not now look at other cases, except maybe the Otterbox Commuter Series, which has me very intrigued, since I have heard only good things about their cases. But for now, Seidio, at least for me, has satisfied me needs for this case.

Guys, Which Hardware Version of the EVO do you have? I have had both 0002 and 0003, with 0003, The none revised case fitted more snug and less crackling. I'll be receiving the revised version soon. So i'll let you guys know what happens with that
