One X + GPS + WiFi = random connection cuts?

I know the likelyhood of people using gps while connected to wifi is very slim (ok, never....just cause it would be ridiculous to have to use gps around the house or office. LOL!!!.) but i found this very interesting.....wifi would randomly cut out when gps is searching for a signal. Was this known??? Or its new to everyone too?
