Does anyone know if this phone will work on Verizon or if theirs any way to get it to work??

Not sure that's correct. Here is what is listed:

Cellular (US)
GSM 850, 900, 1800, 1900MHz
WCDMA Band 1/2/4/5/8
LTE Band 1/2/4/5/7/8/12/17
Dual Nano SIM

Looking at Verizon:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_LTE_networks

I see bands 2 and 4 supported. Someone with a better technical grasp might be able to set me straight here...?

Bands 2 and 4 are the LTE networks for Verizon here in North America.

This means that the phone will work on 4G LTE, but not on 2g or 3g. I wouldn't recommend using a OnePlus Two on Verizon.

Is their a difference between WCDMA and CDMA?

WCDMA is the 3G standard used by GSM carriers to offer data. You'll often see it nowadays referred to as UMTS and HSPA, which were both later improvements on WCDMA but still fall in the "3G" category.

CDMA is a base 2G technology to provide voice and data, and is in use by carriers like Sprint and Verizon (though decreasingly so over time).

It *could* theoretically though as a data-only device. You would get only LTE if you're lucky. If you had maybe a Tmo or Att sim in the second SIM slot you could use GSM for text/calls and VZW for LTE data/VoLTE
