Question Oneplus 3 fastboot OEM lock fail

Hi, everyone,

My Oneplus 3 currently is in unlocked status, and try to lock fastboot now, by following the instruction, I type command './fastboot flashing lock' on Mac terminal, and options pop out on my phone shows whether to lock the phone, I selected the Yes and the phone restarted, but still in unlocked status, I have no idea why it's like that, can anybody help? Appreciate it!

Welcome to AC!

I've only known to use a PC not Mac to do this process, might want to check XDA forums if it's possible
