OnePlus 3 update coming with reworked RAM management, sRGB color mode | Android Central

Update should be rolling out soon. I really want Anandtech to revisit their review with this first software update.

I just received my one plus 3 yesterday and it is running 3.1.3

I'm running 3.1.2, that was an update right out of the box. Does 3.1.3 have sRGB setting? Cause I thought I saw somewhere it was gonna be version 3.1.4.

This was included in the 3.1.4 Oxygen update, released only for reviewer units. I suppose it'll be made public in the next weeks.

That's what we can hope for! Although, I'd rather them take the time for testing to make sure everything is all good before sending it out.

I didn't update my device yet. I'm on 3.1.0 still. It is running smooth as butter. I'll wait for 3.1.4 and see how it works for everyone before I take the plunge. Like with most manufacturers when there is an update to fix issues ultimately something else breaks that was working before lol.

The gamut matches sRGB very well, and both greyscale and color reproduction is right on target."

Oh, and ... I mentioned this on Twitter the other day, but with this update the OnePlus 3 has become my daily Android device, as I had originally hoped it would before the display accuracy disappointed me. OnePlus has addressed the only issue about the phone that I felt truly hampered my enjoyment of it.

Software update 3.2.0 rolling out.

The new update is rolling out as we speak. They anticipate complete roll-out in the next 48hrs.

Update includes the following.

Enabled*sRGB mode in developer*options.
Improved RAM management.
Improved GPS performance.
Enhanced audio playback quality.
Updated custom icon packs.
Fixed some issues with notifications.
Improved camera quality/functionality.
Fixed some issues in Gallery.
Implemented latest Google security patches.
Fixed bugs in Clock/Music apps.
