OnePlus 8 cracked screen...

Any idea who replaces dont have warranty..

On another thread someone cracked their Oneplus 8 Pro screen and it cost $279 to get it replaced by Oneplus.

Yes, I went online and requested a repair. I mailed it off to them, they told me $280. I think it took almost a month from my door to them and back to me again. I think it went to Texas if I remember correctly. Just looked up. Mailed to Fort Worth. Total Cost $278.85. (breakdown -Screen cost $230, Labor $30, sales tax $18.85).

Did you have a case on the OnePlus 8 when it fell? I just picked one up yesterday!!!

At least OnePlus is on top of those kinds of things and will do it for you if and when you need it. Sounds like good customer service to me! Just need to usr a back-up phone in the meantime.
