Oneplus 8 pro No wifi calling and 5g don't seem to work.

I have put a few topics on here about my OnePlus 8 pro.

My oneplus 8 pro has 5G as i have turned it on and the wifi calling and VoLTE is not there.
Been through the menu where it should be and not there.

Also i have tried same sim in my s20 plus and its there and 5g works with the picture below and the speed test.#,bottom 2 is from my s20 plus with same sim and as you can see wifi calling on and VoLTE option which does work,other 2 pics are from oneplus 8 pro 5g with 5G turned on but no option for wifi calling or VoLTE....Same sim used.

Did you get the phone directly from the carrier, or from OnePlus themselves? Which carrier do you have? I the phone's not directly from the carrier, it might not necessarily support wi-fi calling or 5G.

It says you have to download a APK file to put the menu on so you can activate it,i got the phone unlocked sim free and as on the picture my sim is virgin mobile but works fine on s20 plus(as on pictures above)

There is a possibility that Virgin Mobile doesn't support all the features of unlocked OnePlus phones. The only brands that are typically supported for BYOD by all carriers are Google, Samsung and Apple.

You in the US ? And have the unlocked global dual sim?

No in UK,the phone has dual sim and i have read somewhere that you need 2 active sims in to get it but not tried that.
To be honest it dont seem to work 5G as well although it has it there.
I have read a lot about this PAK file on oneplus forum and its a big thing to do just to get the option there,why take the option out in the first place.
