Has anyone done their Cashback trace in yet?? My order number is still not showing up.

This is from their FAQ section:

"How to receive cashback?
· [Buy the OnePlus 7 Pro] now.
· Submit a trade-in order with your OnePlus 7 Pro order number that is after the 15-day return policy.
· You'll receive your cashback in 2-3 business days from the day we inspect your device or from the day you accepted the updated quote value.

Please note that it requires an eligible OnePlus device order number to receive
cashback:
* You placed an order for a OnePlus smartphone at oneplus.com in the last 170 days. (The trade-in program cannot be used when purchasing a OnePlus 6T.)
* 15  days have passed since you received your OnePlus smartphone.
* Your OnePlus order status is complete or delivered.
* Your OnePlus order hasn't been fully refunded yet.
* If you meet these requirements, you will  receive cashback as a refund on your OnePlus order. If you would rather a voucher instead, simply select “Voucher” when submitting your trade-in order.

I just ordered it today and called them about the trade in offer and they directed me to this. So just gotta wait I guess.
