I am in process of trying to get my OnePlus 6T repaired on warranty. I am posting here because this applies to all OnePlus repair service.
OnePlus repair service has become absolutely terrible! I had my phone repaired at OnePlus 3 months ago because of a cracked screen and had a great experience with the OLD repair center. Phone returned in a little over 2 days.
OnePlus changed service centers. Now I am trying to get my phone repaired on warranty due to a USB-C problem. I am now 9 days in and no accurate status. Had to call OnePlus several times just to get the word they are "evaluating" the phone. They haven't even looked at it!!!
