Do you bother with a protective case? If so, which one? Mine is in Seidio's Innocase II Surface. Please, let me know if my case is useless so I can try another option and hopefully avoid this scenario.

Glad to hear that Sprint treated you right on the repair issue. I just hit my one year anniversary with them as a service provider ( celebrated by upgrading to the EVO ) and the reasons to stay with them just seem to keep on coming!

My screen used to look like that until I STARTED using a task killer. Now it is just like new!

I bet it was caused by that task killer app......but..lets not get into a discussion about those...

See post #8 and 9 from THIS THREAD. Although it's not a confirmation from Sprint via press release, it is someone saying they work for Sprint and a policy change allows you to get your screen replaced for a maximum of $35.00 (free for TEP)
