Online pricing same as in store pricing?

Does anyone know if the instore pricing will the the same as online pricing? I remember there was a bgr report that VZW would be eliminating mail in rebates for phones over $150.00 and I'd prefer not to have to wait for a MIR. If there's no MIR then I'll just buy it in store. Thanks!
