I don't know if this problem is being caused by/due to the phone, a 2015 Moto E, or my Launcher, Nova. I was not in the room at the time so haven't a clue what happened, but my sister-in-law, according to my partner, did "something" to the phone and now only a quarter of an inch or so of the wallpaper is showing at the very bottom of the phone's screens, with the rest of the background being black.
I am not very knowledgeable about phones, but have done all of the obvious things I could think of, such as trying to grab and drag to re-size the picture. I have tried a couple of different wallpapers; they display the same behavior, so it is not just the original picture file that had been "corrupted" somehow.
I have checked in settings, both the phone's and Nova's, and cannot find any obvious setting that can change this behavior. If anyone can at least point me in the right direction as to where I need to check or what I need to do to get my wallpaper back - I imagine it is something quite simple that I am totally missing :-[ - I would much appreciate it.
