Does anyone have an answer for this? Someone replied that I put my cell in safe mode...Just how do you do that? If anyone has a way to resolve this asap, please let me know thanks!

Ugh. It's not easy finding which app pushed that kind of toast messages. It seems that your phone wasn't connected to internet when it happened, right? My guess is that an app was trying to connect in the background and sent that error message.

Was the whole filename of that screenshot?

Thanks for reply, Javier!

The phone is always connected to wifi or my data plan. I don't have a file name. That is just my screensaver and it popped on there also. Thos has only been happening for a few weeks. I have downloaded apps. I never download an app unless it has more than 4.5 stars and u look at reviews. Any suggestions? Thanks

I said that about internet connection because I didn't see any active icon on your status bar. And there's a WiFi icon on the left side that probably indicates that a login is required to connect to the network (interrogation mark).

You can see the filename for that screenshot in your gallery app. It posted incomplete in the forum. There's a small chance that it could give us some clues.IMG_20180901_105420.jpgIMG_20180901_104854.jpg

Try this app.

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=pl.revanmj.toastsource

On installation you'll need to enable "Toast source detection service", just follow the instructions. I tested it on my backup phone and it worked, getting a notification for every toast I got. Tell us how it goes.

I had this same issue on my cell phone and after download this app that Javier suggested, I find out the was the Cambly app who was popping this "Ooops!" message. I disabled the notifications and I got rid of it!!

Thank you Javier!!
Excellent! Glad it helped and thanks for the follow up!

Hey I have the same problem and I don't even bother to install the app that find the source of toast message because it started with installing Cambly. So after read all the messages in this topic, I'm pretty sure it's Cambly app. Also this topic was opened in 2018 and we're in 2021 now, it's strange that Cambly still has this awkward problem. I will report them.

To be completely honest with you, I think that their programmers have quit the company. I started using the platform in 2020 (as a tutor), then I stopped cos I got a job in a uni. Since lockdowns have caused all the schools to shut again, I'm back on Cambly and the website's bugs are exactly the same as last year. I just installed the app last week cos I realised that I can access the messaging service through the app, even as a tutor. Reporting the issue is certainly a good idea, but I wouldn't hold your breath!
