OP7 Pro Google Fi Text Issue

I am having issues sending/recieving SMS when Google Fi Sim is not set to the Active Mobile Slot.

Setup:

OP7 Pro 8/256

Sim Slit 1: ATT

Sim Slot 2: Google Fi

If the Mobile Data selection is on Slot 1(ATT) I cannot sent or receive Texts from My second sim card (Google Fi)

If I switch the mobile data to Sim 2(Google Fi) then everything works fine. However, this is not really acceptable as ATT is my Personal/unlimited carrier, While I use Google Fi for Business and only use the Data when I travel out of the country.

I have tried swapping the sims (Putting ATT in 2 and Google fi in 1) but I end up with the same result.

As a side note, Everything previously worked fine in this configuration.

Has anyone come across this issue?
 
I was hoping the issue would go away with a little bit of time after the porting, but it's still doing the same thing.
 
That's a weird issue. Did you manually setup each Sim slot with AT&T' s and Google FI APN's or did you let the phone automatically set them up?
 
Google Fi Support is useless. But I figured out uninstalling the Fi app solves my issue... For now. It appears to be working. I will update if it stays solid or not
