First let me say I'm not real critical of my electronic purchases. I'm coming from nexus 7 2013 also. I use mine for movies and internet mostly and it does the job real well. The bigger screen is what I like the best. Marshmallow is a nice perk too.

This is my usage case as well, just reading books, internet browsing and movies/shows. Would you say this gets the job done well? The only thing I'm worried about is the murmurings of tabs reloading for internet browsing. I'm not critical of electronics either, so mushy buttons and light bleed I don't care but reloading tabs, freezes and crashed would be really annoying
