Open Email Attachment on Galaxy S5?

Anyone know how you open an email attachment on the Galaxy S5? Error advises me to download the email first by choosing Menu....I do not have a Menu choice. I have activated Polaris Office 5 per the Manual. Still does not open. Any ideas?

I had the same problem. Open the mail app. Settings ---> manage accounts ---> click the mail account ---->Sync settings ----> change limit retrieval size to unlimited.
