Opening Web Links in Corresponding App

Having a problem on my S7 where links are opening in Chrome instead of the corresponding app (YouTube, Facebook, etc). I was using the "Open Links With" app on my Tab S4 and it worked well enough (though not perfectly), but it doesn't seem to work at all on my Tab S7. Not sure if the dev abandoned it or if it just needs an update. Regardless, my tablet is not functioning the way I'd like it to.

Can this be addressed somewhere in the tablet settings? Is there a different app I should try? Or am I SOL for the time being?

Go to Settings>Apps>Choose Default Apps>Opening Links. Is "Open links in apps" toggled on? Also, select Chrome there and tap Clear Defaults.

Yes, the Open Links is toggled on. I also cleared defaults for Chrome and then checked the defaults for FB and YT, since those are the 2 biggest offenders, and everything looks like it's supposed to.....but web links are still opening in Chrome instead of the proper app. *Sigh*

Did you also try resetting all app preferences, as suggested by mustang7757?

Yup, did all of that and no luck. I'm pretty sure FB and YT are the only 2 offenders here. Both of them like to open in Chrome and on the mobile versions of their sites.

Try uninstalling "open links with" app
And try reset app preferences once more and see if it gets corrected

Here ya go.

Yes, it does. I'm not a Tapatalk VIP, so I can't upload the full size image. Didn't realize how bad they compress and distort them.
