Opera for me. I don't think it's quite as speedy as Chrome but it offers a few more features (the full Opera for Android...not Opera Mini). For one, it offers an "Off Road" option that dramatically cuts down on data useage when you're out of wifi range; it allows you to open 30+ tabs at once and scroll between them (I seem to recall Chrome is 16) and most importantly it natively resizes text on web pages to automatically fit on your screen without forcing you to scroll left and right to read each line as Chrome does. This was a HUGE issue for me and almost caused me to return my S5 and go with the M8 instead. For some reason, HTC has always included this text resize/reflow feature in the browsers they use on their phones right out of the box. It's an incredibly useful (and important) feature that should be standard across all browsers and phone manufacturers but, sadly, is not.
