Operating a phone with no display

Hello, I have an old LG G3 which had its screen stop working after dropping in water. I haven't used the phone since and it's in working condition. The screen works, I can still unlock my phone and click stuff, but there is no display. Is there anyway I can transmit the screen to my pc or my LG G5 ? I read some people saying I can do so by putting the phone in debug mode, but so far it seems impossible for me to put the phone in debug mode without being able to see the screen.
