Hi

If I reset to Factory settings, I will lose the lose the Android 'pushed' updates from 4.0 to 4.2 to 4.4.2.. How, or where, can I go to re-update? [NOT rooted]

The factory reset will delete all your personal information but the OS will be untouched, keeping the latest version that you installed.

Thanks for that, Javier. But I thought the whole idea of a 'factory reset' was to clear out EVERYTHING I had done to the phone since purchase, and put it back to 'as new', i.e. Android 4.0 (and factory Apps only) ??? Bobby

The phone doesn't keep the original OS image so there's no way to 'go back' to an older version with just a factory reset. Any other change you did will be removed, including updates for the apps that came preinstalled.
