OPPO Mirror 3 home screen wallpaper stuck on "blur effect"
My OPPO Mirror 3006 home screen wallpaper is stuck on blur effect permanently. In wallpaper and lock screen settings I disabled (Double tap blur effects for desktop wallpapers) but still it is stuck on blur effect for any wallpapers I use. I've tried to disable all gestures. I also tried using photos for wallpaper. I have tried using no screen lock. I also turned off the phone and took out the battery. This was not a problem in the first 6 months I had this phone. I could switch back and forth from blur effect with no problem. Now though, in the last few weeks, it has been stuck on "blur effect" permanently no matter what I do. It is not stuck on the lock screen only on the home screen. I have not tried restoring to factory settings and will do so only if necessary. Can anyone help?
