OPPO N1 - iNew V8 ??

I have been using the Oppo N1. Today, I found a very strange thing. A cell phone with my OPPO N1 is very similar. But the brand is iNew V8. It's at HERE. Their design and the camera are very similar..
Why??? is this cell phone Clone???

It just seems to be a clone. This is common among Chinese manufacturers. As long as you get the phone from a credible and reliable source, you should be good to go.
