Oppo r9s. Clock app and widget not working

Hi everyone,

I have recently purchased an oppo r9s and I have been struggling with a couple of things.

1. Alarms won't sound with downloaded alarm clock apps, even though they have been set correctly and the sound is turned on. I have tried 7 different apps because the default app only allows 10 alarms and I use heaps at a time due to work.

2. Clock widgets always freeze, the default time at the top of the display will show the correct time yet any widget I use will freeze when I turn the screen off and could be hours behind or not work at all.

3. Is there a way to see your notifications when you swipe down instead of settings first the have to swipe left to see notification?

having same problem with my oppo r7 lite...everytime i open my alarm clock, my phone said it is not responding...alrdy try restart many times but still the same...hope someone can resolve this issues...

I had the same problem with my Oppo A73.somebody asked me to restart the phone.yes.it worked.

Damn I thought I was the only one facing this issue!! someone pls help!

I turned off the "automatically set date and time" and all my alarms seem to be working fine now.

Admin: Btw I tried to upload the screenshot but I think something is wrong with your add image function. Once I select the picture, I cant click anything to make it upload
