My both T-Mobile S7 Edge have problems syncing with Gmail, Contacts, Calendar, Facebook and others...So I discovered to NOT optimize battery usage those apps individually. After doing so, all those apps synced well, I received Gmails almost instantly, contacts updated, calendar as well. Facebook connected great. ( My phone battery usage appeared to be consumed normal, before or after optimizing). I noticed there are a lot of apps are Optimized by default except a few. I wonder, should I optimized those above apps like by default and wait for the next Android updates or keep the way I am having now? Please advice and thanks in advance.

I believe the screen says, somewhere, that optimizing apps may limit their ability to do background syncing. So don't optimize any app that needs to do that.
