I had a cracked screen and replaced it. I also installed a new battery as mine got damaged during replacement. Put it all back together and it boots up fine. I plugged it in to charge it and when I do the Battery Status states "Not Charging". When I remove the cord it says "Discharging".
I also just noticed that the screen saver states "Low Temperature!! Unable to charge battery."
The phone and battery have been inside so I don't understand the low temperature thing.
