Optimus G Extended Battery

If this will not work does anyone know of there is an official one for the regular Optimus G?

Not the Sprint version. It's battery can't be taken out... like an Iphone. AT&T G might work though?

The Sprint one can be taken out. There are two hex screws at the bottom. I took them off yesterday and you need an extremely small piece of plastic or something to pry it off.

Right but this would be too complicated for the average user to do and that also voids your warranty I believe he was meaning the phone was not designed to have a removable battery at all yes you can remove it sure but to use an extended battery would cost a lot when factoring in the cost of the new back cover as well it just wouldn't be cost effective why need an extended battery I never need it really and I'm on mine all day full charge does quite well

Oh ok thanks for clearing that up. Ive learned how to conserve my battery more so I'll stick to stock for now. Would be cool if there was an extended battery pack for it though.
