Order on the phone....

Am I the only one that has to order their new Evo on the phone? Ever since I got my discount (27% off) whenever I want to upgrade I can not go to a sprint store. They are not able to access my account for the upgrade for some reason. Nothing comes up when they try.

The only upside is I usually get them to wave the mail in rebate.

No thanks. That 2% adds up haha. I will just have to wait for that Monday or Tuesday for my phone. It will be torture though.

How do you get them to waive the mail in rebate? I'd wait 3 days for that!
