Then Google will probably contact you and ask you for different payment information, and if the new payment information doesn't come through they will probably send it to a collection agency.

That's very strange. If you are an honest person you could call Google and tell them. But I don't see how anything could happen if it failed and you already have them. But I don't see why they would send them with out authorizing it. Also check with your bank to see if you have been charged.

With each failed charge Google is allowed to charge you $25 in a returned charge fee not that they will enforce this right but you may want to fix the issue because the only thing that can happen is a bigger charge and/or legal action which they can then charge you all their court costs. Why? Because they held up their end of the deal and you did not.

My order had the same issue but it was just that I had to call my bank to let them know it wasn't a fraudulent purchase.
