Oreo 8 only lets you text pics or video.

Previous versions of Android allowed you to text most any forms. Doc, PDF. XL file,etc. Now, we can only text pics or video. And cannot text docs,etc. So now, for me to send a file to an associate, I was told I needed to email them. If I email them, I use data. However small, I use data. And now I have another email address to continue using data. On previous versions, if I text the same file, it has no impact on my data. Unsure what Android will take from me on the next update.
