Well, I guess it's official now. No need to go through the beta program or flash the factory image. The only catch is that the one 6p OTA image that's available says "not for TMO/USCC/Fi".

So does it mean that people that use those carriers aren't recommend to flash that OTA File? Has Google clarified as to why?

It's funny. In the right crowd, you could actually get someone to laugh his way into a seizure by asking that second question. Google doesn't do "clarification." Or "forthrightness." Or "transparency." They all just live in the "now" a-down Mountain View way.
