I have a 2016 Silverado, note8 has worked with bluetooth forever. Just updated my note8 with oreo that samsung or sprint launched and now i tried connecting. It pairs but wont "connect". I unpaired repaired and restarted both. No fix

Is there was a way to downgrade back the os to previous or is there a fix for this?

I had the same issue on my V30 once I updated to Oreo. In my case it resolved itself within a day and works perfect again.

Did you try deleting the device from the Silverados menu and re adding as a new one. I've had to do that with a couple devices on my 17 charger and it did the trick

I have the same vehicle and device, and works just fine. Delete the old profile and re connect. OR take advantage of a mylink/intellilink update TSB update for your vehicle. No cost to the customer. See your dealer.

I always had problems with both my 2012 Ford Fusion and my 2015 Ford F350 using Nougat with my Note 8 but since Oreo, it works great... just the opposite! Weird... although, my Galaxy S7 Active worked O.K. in both vehicles with Nougat prior to getting the Note 8? I did delete the S7 Active too and build the new Note 8 profile but that didn't help. All I know is, once I upgraded to Oreo, the Note 8 connected and has been working perfect in both vehicles... that's using Ford Sync!

I have the same vehicle. I didn't have any problems connecting after the update. I'd agree with others to delete and repair your phone in the mylink software.
