Oreo

OK so there is 10 days left in April. I still don't have the Oreo update on my Note 8 with T-Mobile. I called T-Mobile today to see what's up and of course I got the run around. Long story short, T-Mobile tech support transferred me to Samsung tech support, Samsung tech support tells me that the update will be automatic. They can't push anything (I got the same from the T-Mobile tech) to my phone. He also assured me that my phone will get the update WITHIN THIS MONTH. WITHIN the next 10 days. I am not holding my breath. Sounds like people who don't know what the hell they are doing. Do I wait the 10 days or do I try calling back to get someone who knows what they hell they are doing over there?

Nope not unlocked. Although with some of the problems I've seen maybe I should be glad I don't have it yet...
It is odd because the problems aren't across the board, they're sporadic. I know a lot of issues can stem from app behavior cUzed by the app itself not updating for use within the new phone update.

Wait the 10 days - the update doesn't make much difference, and in some ways it is a step backwards.

Also the note 8

Do you have the T-mobile version or the unlocked version?
