Still no way, as far as I know. It's a bit baffling to me that they haven't given us this option yet. I've also found that even after manually rearranging apps in a folder, they'll get mixed up again some time afterwards.:-\

Not only that, but it seems like you can only drag icons from the "lower" screens to the "upper" but not the other way around.
After performing a powerwash, The 2nd screen of icons had only 3 icons and I wanted to move them down to a lower screen. Couldn't do it. I had to drag icons from the lower one to fill in that 2nd screen.
It's getting a bit ridiculous... particularly for those of us who switch between Chrome OS channels for testing.
... and I won't even get into the mayhem that happens when you own more than one chromebook and use the same google account.
