Organizing Pictures in Gallery

Is there any way to organize pictures in the gallery by folder? When I tap gallery it takes me to just one "folder" with all the pictures that were on my SD Card. I want to have different folders so when I tap gallery I can see different folders like blah, blah2, blah3, and so when I choose a folder, I see only those pictures in that folder.

Yeah, you can just create a folder, ex: My Pictures (SUB FOLDERS: "Folder 1"; "Folder 2"; etc) on the root of your SD Card. Its simple. You do this when the phone is hooked up the PC under USB Mode.

I have a tablet and would like to b able to present fotos in a specific order. Most of these are being scanned from pre digital (prints) & processed on my desktop comp. Then loaded on micro SD card.
Have tried giving each foto a 'running' file name eg. great grandad-1.jpg, great grandad-2.jpg great grandad-3.jpg etc. Doesn't work as it does on non android O/Ss Thanks in anticipation

Thanks mate. Already using Folders but its the say 10 to 100 fotos in each folder that I want to give order of presentation to. R U saying that I should give each foto a folder with numerical name?
Willing to do this but apart from the 10 primary folders I would be looking at creating 100s of subfolders.
