OTA 4.4 Trojan

Should I be worried that virus scans of the OTA zip on my PC show up the Android:SpyAgent trojan?

Avast seems to think it's a serious threat so I've put off sideloading for now.

Definitely be worried of the sources where you get your files. I usually get files from XDA developers.

Get avg or a different antivirus program. Highly recommended.

It was from the OTA link posted here and on XDA. Download seemed to come directly from the Google servers. I'm going to download an Android AV app and check on the phone itself.
