Hello fellow Thunderbolt owners. I just switched over to VZW and activated my Thunderbolt. The OTA is currently downloading automatically. Based on the horror stories I've glanced over, I'm asking you guys whether I should actually let it install or should I say screw it.

I didn't have much of a choice actually. lol. As soon as it finished downloading, my phone rebooted and started applying it. Thanks though!
Can you choose to do it later? That way if your phojne is running great now you can just keep it that way.
That update was the kiss of death for both my phone as will as my wifes. Verizon is sending us two new phones that don't have the update installed.

I loved my phone till I got the update. One day had 12 reboots, two in the middle of phone calls. Heck, I even had to 911 the day later that day and decided not to use my phone in case it decided to reboot. Went to Verizon and complained and got sent a new phone. Almost with in an hour of turning it on the OTA tries to get pushed to me. I keep defering it, but the next question is how long can I keep it off.....
Been running the new radio for over a month, and haven't noticed one reboot. Better to hold off on the update unless you're able to revert back to stock if you have problems.
