OTA update when rooted?

Good morning guys and gals.
I am fairly new to android having come from iphones, so go easy on me.
I unlocked my bootloader and rooted to run arliberator form my car HU.
anyway I am now getting prompts for software updates on my HTC one it downloads and runs but then reboots in to TWRP recovery, can somebody give me a pointer on how to proceed, id like to update to 4.3 but maintain my root etc.

I guess I need to go back to my original recovery/bootloader but how?

You need the Stock recovery img and flash it with fasstboot just like you did twrp

Here's what i used. I'm on Sprint BTW

Thanks guys, I did find something after some googling but was unsure if it was carrier and version specific?
Ideally I don't want to wipe my data and files if possible.

i hear you, i backed up everything first using Titanium backup, but didn't loose anything in the process

Yes you need the stock recovery for your version and carrier. What carrier do you have and i'll post a link to it

Is there one for C Spire? m7wls
Also, I know CSpire phones are almost the same as Sprint. Could I use the Sprint version or would it break everything?
