OTA Update will not install

My Photon is rooted, and the update will not install. Do I need to unroot? I have read other people having the issue but unrooting did not help. Any ideas?

You can be rooted and still get ota updates. But if you removed stuff from the phone via root you cannot.

Changes from rooting, such as deleting stock apps? (I did back them up)
