OTA updates with root?

Can you still get OTA updates if you root your S5 but keep the stock recovery?

I know on my Note 3 it won't allow it so I'd think the S5 would be similar. I am rooted and that's it (stock all) and I get this message if I try and check for updates (see below).

Like Almeuit said, it will not let you take the OTA. If you somehow got it to download, it would break root so you probably wouldn't want to accept it anyway.
